Refund Policy

At Viral Homebody, we want you to feel confident and excited about your wellness purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30 day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be returned within 30 days of delivery

• Be in its original condition

• Include all original packaging and accessories

• Not show excessive wear, damage, or misuse

To request a return, please contact us at info@viralhomebody.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once we receive your email we will provide instructions on how and where to return your item. Please do not send items back without first contacting us.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The item arrived damaged

• The item is faulty

• The wrong product was received

We recommend using a tracked shipping method for all returns, as Viral Homebody cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@viralhomebody.com with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photo and/or video evidence

We will assess the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund request.

Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before funds appear in your account.

Shipping costs are non refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, we recommend placing a new order once your approved return has been processed.

Warranty

All Viral Homebody products are covered by a replacement warranty for manufacturing faults and product defects under normal use. Warranty periods may vary depending on the product and are listed on the relevant product pages where applicable.

This warranty does not cover:

• General wear and tear

• Accidental damage

• Misuse or improper use

• Water damage

• Natural disasters
  

• Damage caused by failure to follow product instructions

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non transferable.
